Catch da Flava was created as a platform for young people and community members to report on issues, events, culture, neighbourhood change and everyday life in Regent Park.
Through writing, photography, interviews and design, the publication gave youth an opportunity to speak directly to their community and to the wider city.
Today, the spirit of Catch da Flava continues through online publishing, community journalism, blog stories and media training at Focus Media Arts Centre.
Catch da Flava has grown into a collection of publications and digital media. Browse the format that interests you.
Focus continues to support local storytelling through blogs, interviews, community media, youth journalism and creative publishing.
